Hypocrisy of Teachers

Well, corporations are not the ones going to people's houses and putting them in a cage if they don't pay for their goods and services - the government does. Don't like the public 'education' service? too bad, you will be thrown in a cage if you don't pay for it.

Since free market entitites (corporations are not, but w/e) are completely voluntary, they will do their best to appeal to their audience and to give them want they want through persuasion and not coercion.

Remember, corporations do not have the guns, the government does.

So tell me more about how corporations are bad but government is good...

Talking to you is like playing Whack-a-mole. Each time you're shown to be wrong, you disappear from a thread only to appear in a different thread spouting the same nonsense, having not learned anything from what you've been told.

That's only because the the government will put them is a cage if they do. Remove the government and you'll have to contend with 20 corporations trying to put you in a cage per day.

A gun to your head can be very appealing. Just have one pointed at you and see if you wouldn't do anything the guy holding it wants.

Who the fuck do you think makes those guns? You do know that a lot of guns are named after the corporations manufacturing them?

I never said that corporations are bad. I'm saying that they would go bad - very, very fast - if there was no government.

You don't have to like anything the government pays for with your taxes, but since you use it you have to pay for it. End of story. If you don't like it, work on getting it changed. As long as you use your internet, drive on our roads, and enjoy any number of other services the government doles money out for (such as recycling programs, trash pick up, water processing, park maintenance, street lighting, etc), then you have to pay. Otherwise, you're free-riding.

That's not what I'm saying. What I'm saying is that you're trying to convince me that the bowl of cereal I'm eating is actually shit, and then you are offering me a bowl that is obviously full of shit as an alternative.

No sale.

So your solution is to have one large slave master, as opposed to a collection of smaller slave masters?

That doesn't seem like a very satisfying solution.

At least you have admitted that the function of a government is to put people in cages.

Well so what? do we blame knife manufacturers for stabbings? The person committing the violence with that tool is responsible, not the manufacturer of the tool.

Corporations are not preferable in a free society, although they do not violate the non aggression principle, they still semi-work through the state through grants, subsidies and protection. This is obviously not preferable to a society built on free trade.

So you are saying a slave owes his labour to his slave master because the slave master happens to give that slave some food and shelter?

Just because someone forces goods and services upon me in no way means I am responsible for 'paying it back' since I never voluntarily agreed to it to begin with

Facepalm

You are not a slave. You are not a Jew infringed upon by the Nazis. Quit using this language which is not only insulting, but also demeaning to people who actually suffer. You are a trolling douche who prefers to use inflammatory language in order to make a point that doesn't actually exist.

You do not have to accept. Fucking move. You are not forced to use any of these services. But as long as you do, you have to pay for them. That's the voluntary part, see? No one said you had to use the roads or the internet...and yet you do. So get off the computer, quit using your car, dig your own well, and hunt your own food. It's that simple. No one's forcing you to 'keep' your side of the bargain as long as you don't use these goods and services.

Nope. My solution is to have one large person stopping anyone from trying to make a slave of me.

I did nothing of the kind.

You are capable of being so wrong in so many ways in a single sentence that it'd be tedious to point out all of them. For the record, I reject the notion that it is government's function to put people in cages without just cause or that it does anything of the sort.

*Whooosh*

The sound of the point flying above Koolay's head.

You said "Corporations don't have guns."

My reply is "THEY MAKE GUNS, YOU MORON. OFCOURSE THEY HAVE GUNS. BECAUSE THEY MAKE THEM. SO THAT THEY CAN HAVE THEM. MORON".

How would you stop them from existing in a free society?

You know, it might not be a bad idea to consider actually enslaving free riding nutjobs like kool ade here. It would give some meaning to the way he perceives his life to be anyway while at the same time allow us to extract the value he refuses to contribute to our communal infrastructure.
