Blind faith and evolution
RE: Blind faith and evolution
A taste of intuitional "science":

Quote:“Intuition” is a mental process that is not intellectual; it is beyond the intellect, a more subtle form of cognition. One name for yogic meditation is “intuitional science.” The goal of this intuitional science, however, is not access to knowledge of the physical or mental worlds. It is called “intuitional science” because realization of the spiritual goal is not an intellectual process; it is not something you can learn from a book or be taught in the usual sense.

Meditation is intuitional in that it is a psycho-spiritual process in which the totality of one’s psychic identity is associated intuitionally with infinite consciousness.

Taken from Yoga Tales. And hey guys, the heading is written in comic sans MS, so it must be very factual!
When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura

True Fact™: Comic Sans can only be used for factual material. It is engineered using Intuitional Science® technology so that it becomes invisible in the presence of falsehoods.

Well, yeah, I guess you have a good point there. Guess we've been to tough on the little goober. Okay, enrico, you win. Since intuitional science is tapped into cosmic consciousness it obviously kicks regular science' ass. I'd just feel better about it if I could verify any of this stuff for myself. Wait! I just got an intuition that said regular science is intuitionally sound. Whew! That was close.

Regular science is very good but as soon as you want to go further in your search for knowledge then you will have to change to higher gear and get into intuitional science.

No, as simple as you.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

Everything is very simple.
The problem with not finding simple is that we approach the situation with our consciousness closed as Einstein said.Smile

The intuitive mind is a sacred gift, and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift. Albert Einstein

I love it when an insult flies over the top of someone's head like that. The irony on the top of the already sweet cake is that you've just validated the Dunning-Kruger Effect in the most brilliantly textbook way. Congratulations!

As to this bit:

well, the bunny beat me to it. If you're going to quotemine, at least try to make it less obvious. A good place to start would be not throwing up a quote that we've already done to death.

And can somebody take his coloured crayons off him, please?

Oh, you are so sure about it that you say..........he didn't say that....but the guy who write the article said............“It is paradoxical that in the context of modern life we have begun to worship the servant and defile the divine” so even if the first part is accurate, this part is probably not Einstein’s......
so from someone who is not sure you come to the conclusion that it is positive that Einstein never said that.

What a disaster!!!Confused Fall
