If you're prepared to say a god always existed then I'm content to say that the universe always came from prior conditions .. whatever they may be. Why shouldn't there always be prior conditions? If a god can hide out in nothing, I don't think prior conditions would have any trouble doing so.

So back to my original question, why doesn't he talk to us directly instead of third hand through thousand year old Intercessories? Are we not his children and worthy of direct teaching?
