Yep they are EXACTLY like that. Only they are crocheted. The pattern is by Miligurumis and it is available on Etsy.com ....google Panza Tiger tank Slippers.

Watch out though ...she is Left handed so pay attention ...not like me who had to start several times over until I twigged what I was doing wrong!
