And the fact that, statistically, atheists are more knowledgeable when it comes to your holy book than the believers fits into your little "atheism is based on ignorance" statement... how?

What is the % increase in atheists year on year in 'murica? If it goes up relative to population growth, then doesn't that sort of dismiss your thesis, unless of course whatever god it is that you refer to wants more people to remain atheist from birth?
'Atheism' in western and Northern Europe is either the second or the largest 'religious' demographic and is almost without exception the quickest growing demographic too...does this god you refer to not wish to operate there anymore?
I'm also curious about states where Christianity (I assume you're a Christian of somesort) is a small minority religion, such as coptics in Northern Africa and the ME and in places such as India, China and the rest. Does god work through the hindu's too?

Atheists would look better if you turned around and called yourself a Christian. Christians would also look less intelligent.
