Ok, some guys have a neck fetish where they can masturbate for hours at the sight of women necks/Adam apples. I do find the Adam apple in that picture to be very attractive, you girls should educate yourselves more on sexual fetishes before accusing the poor man.

I don't believe he was being sarcastic, the woman in the picture is attractive and the angle emphasizes the neck geometry which can stir some feelings for neck fetishists. This topic owes an apology!

Who's to say for sure? Perhaps she considers it insensitive of people who don't point it out. I have extremely giant hands, and I'm never offended when someone insensitively says "Wow, damn, look at those massive lunch hooks". Our species is becoming too damned thin-skinned.
