God designed us perfectly right?

I'm wondering this. god created adam and eve in the garden of eden and they were perfect correct? Well in that case why did god make it so that eat and breathe through the same tube, causing the death of 3000 a year in the US alone, with most under the age of 14?

I'm not sure how they could have been perfect if they ate the fruit. Though like the other OT tales, there are many holes in the story.

To me it points out that the "perfect designer" is incompetent

He designed our bodies so that sex is a pleasurable and desirable activity that we can engage in at any time (as opposed to many animals, which have breeding seasons)... and that's precisely why you should only have sex for breeding purposes?

Fuck that. Why do we need to eat or breathe period? If we were designed to be immortal creatures in Eden, why do we even have digestive systems or respiratory systems?
