Yes indeed. Action based "safe words" are necessary if gagging is called for.
Usually though, partners who know each other well never actually have to use or hear them. We know each other well enough to know when no means no without hearing that cute non-sexual word, whatever it happens to be.
Indeed. Beyond gagging, you have to consider the possibility of your partner being restrained and blindfolded as well. If anything can be said about this sort of play, communication is key. Consent is something to be taken very seriously, particularly in this sort of relationship.

I googled Wyoming things that can hold stuff inside or something like that and Wyoming Cheese Barrel was my favorite find for sure. I was trying to impress Smithers with my sexual prowess and I figured...what could could be sexier than cheese barrels and meaty shishkabobs? Exactly, nothing. Nothing is sexier than stuffing a small cheese barrel with a large meaty Shishkabob.

There is rape, and there are aggravating factors, in case you don't know - For instance, in my country family bonding is an aggravating factor for crimes like murder or rape, and it increases your sentence. There are already different classifications of rape (ie - Statutory rape, marital rape, gang rape, etc), but they are all rape.
