I have to say that I love that fact that, despite the article title, there's not a single 'photograph' to be found.

At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

I find it very interesting that none of our local assh- er, I mean, theists have jumped in on this one.

Ok... that's just creepy.

I would have found strange to see that none of our local assh-er atheists wouldn't have jumped to deny this study. Anything that goes against their believes is usually deny. When a theist write about something the atheist immediately ask for a peer review. But even when a scientist come up with evidence the atheist instead of asking the peer review which wouldn't have any sense in this case just dismiss the whole finding anyway. So what is the point for a theist to jump on this one? (November 11, 2014 at 7:57 pm)Beccs Wrote: There are flies in the afterlife? You have the weirdest sexual fetishes.
"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."

Already said I'd withhold belief until it's peer-reviewed and indepedently corroborated Ricky. Try the second post in the thread. Peer-review and replication of results is how science works. This isn't science.
