This is currently my bar status in three states. I assure you it's not that I did something wrong and had my license taken away. I simply didn't want to pay insurance for practicing while not practicing. Doctors can and do the same thing as do a number of other licensed professions.

Obama has already made legal decisions which have been overturned by the SCOTUS. Obama's law degree didn't help him get it right then. While this judges ruling may have no impact because it does not appear he set aside the executive order almost half of the states have challenged Obama's executive order. It is very likely that those cases will be heard. Don't be surprised if the order gets set aside in the near future for many of the reasons outlined in this judges ruling.
