RE: Who Created God?

The judeo-christian god and the muslim god alike were the amalgam several gods that existed before it. If you look at the mythologies within christianity, judaism, and islam you will find elements from previous religions and mythologies. Monotheism itself comes from a period in Egyptian history when a single pharaoh eradicated all of the egyptian gods and forced worshipping a single god upon his kingdom. This was subsequently undone after his death, but it had not been done before then.
"In our youth, we lacked the maturity, the decency to create gods better than ourselves so that we might have something to aspire to. Instead we are left with a host of deities who were violent, narcissistic, vengeful bullies who reflected our own values. Our gods could have been anything we could imagine, and all we were capable of manifesting were gods who shared the worst of our natures."-Me
"Atheism leaves a man to sense, to philosophy, to natural piety, to laws, to reputation; all of which may be guides to an outward moral virtue, even if religion vanished; but religious superstition dismounts all these and erects an absolute monarchy in the minds of men." – Francis Bacon

You have avoided the question completely, you haven't given an actual answer.

The question was loaded. I don't think of God as having a creator of course, so I couldn't answer that.
I notice you changed it to "what".
Would "when" work? God is outside time of course... so if he is created, does he exist before his creator?
No, I think my answer was quite complete and direct.

Then you say you don't believe God had a creator and you explain your reasons why.

I felt 'who' was too narrow to get an actual answer from you.

Shinylight : if I expound on why I don't think anyone made God, then that is going way off topic. I did answer the exact question, which to me implied a human source, by explaining the human source.

He asked what stance do Christians take on the inception of God?, the thread title was just to hook you.

It's an incredibly complex question that would involve reasoning out the whole God idea. God knows everything and has to be timeless to do that. Otherwise God had a starting point and ages with us knowing nothing of the future. If God is not timeless, God isn't all knowing. If he isn't all knowing, he can't be all powerful. The ancient goat herders worked it out pretty well and it is consistent.
