I'm sad this had to happen, he was one of the first people I can remember being on the forums and he was oftentimes a very nice guy. But i do trust the mods judgement, and I must say that he had it coming. I have a lot of mixed feelings about this.

He has gotten a lot less nice recently, bordering on outright offensive. I think something must be going on with him, but I doubt he would have let us know what.

Like Napo, this action has gutted me. I didn't want this, I recused myself from the vote, I wanted an alternative, but I had no effective alternatives to propose.
I don't think the moderator team really had any choice, given the history.
I don't have to be happy about it though, and I'm not.
