Pre-emptive death measures
January 26, 2015 at 10:56 am
This isn't an introduction but it belongs somewhere in the Community section and given that it's properly asymmetrical I decided to slip it in here.
I just want to formerly state that if I ever disappear for longer than a year, which I have no immediate plans of doing, and I do not notify you all before hand that I am off to live in the mountains or something of that nature, just assume that I am dead and use my last day of log-in as an annual holiday in my remembrance.
Thank you all. Now scurry on dears.

Ok, good to know. We'll also hack your account and try to reproduce a good approximation of yourself in a community effort if that's ok. But I hope you don't have anything concrete planned disappearance-wise?

Can I keep your cats after you, umm, disappear?

If I disappear for longer than 6 months without warning I'm probably dead. Or worse.

Shut your mouth and take your meds fucker! You know what, I refuse to celebrate Sho's Death-Day even if I get an obit and a cert from the morg. I'm declaring you officially immortal out of spite. You no longer have clearance to expire. Don't make me repeat myself in greentext
(Sho'de'Day is catchy though)
@AOI, that's what Im talkin about..lol..."Hey um..when you die, can I haz your shit?" :high-five:
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

I was just thinking about what would happen if I did suddenly and tragically pass on and nobody here, which is a community of people I feel like I've some connexion with, would know, as if I vanished into virtual limbo.
But in truth, all of this was REALLY just a ploy to attain immortality by Rhythm! Muwahaha!

Are we included in your will.
Such considerations are necessary to get an annual holiday.

I'll have your inheritance delivered in due time. Till then, the ceremonies should proceed unimpeded.

Be sure only to slaughter the firstborn ox or goat of your finest stock, and to pour out libations before the victim's neck is slit.
