Not just CD. Some other people said they were quitting, though they might have been joking. Overall, all of your reactions to this thread and mine made me think I can do this. So that's why I'm thanking all of you guys. In case it doesn't stick though, I'll just come back and curse you all for getting my hopes up for nothing

Like I said to CD, put them down and never pick one up again find a substitute that want be habit forming I chewed on wire ties, that gave my mouth and hands something to do and took away some of the nervousness. Give yourself a gift of life, leave them where they lay.

Yepp, I think I've quit for good this time too. It's working. I still don't feel the need to smoke and don't see how I could.
