If it wasn't written by Glenn Beck I might buy it out of curiosity. But I can already guess the book is going to be predictable. The front cover says it, and I quote: "Exposes the truth about DAESH, Al-qaeda, Iran and the caliphate" but I can be fairly certain Glenn doesn't discuss why Iran hates the United States.

People are mad because the United States wants to bomb everyone. Persia wanted to nationalize the oil industry so the United States (and U.K.) overthrow a democratically elected government and replaced it with a dictator. How's that for hypocrisy? And the United States doesn't care when Saudi beheads a person. Why not expose the truth about the Fascists that own Saudi and finance terrorism and pieces of trash like Zakir Naik and Hamza Tzortris?

okay now we're getting somewhere with an answer. Even in the clip with the islam guy on it he kept saying that the fight was about defending themselves. I want to know what it is that he believes we are doing that justifies this "defence"?

I do my very best to find the facts of an issue by unbiased people if possible. I like to approach issues as clear minded as I can. I know in the real world that this is nearly impossible but I try. Clearly this Glen Beck is not about the facts but instead about whipping people into a hate frenzy. I believe he would lay a poor foundation of facts on the subject.

If you bothered to do your OWN research and actually WATCH the videos you would see that Beck makes the SPECIFIC point that this is a FACTUAL book i.e. based on what Islamic fundamentalists say, and what the Koran and Hadith say, and NOT an OPINION book. So, while yes Beck is generally in the business of whipping up fears, this book is nonetheless purely factual.

There are other books which take the same approach, i.e. compiling from purely Islamic sources e.g. Robert Spencer, Dr Bill Warner, Dr Andrew Bostom, etc, Any book taking this approach is worth reading, even Beck's.

I have referenced many books and videos on Islam. The fact that you want to reduce me to one post about Glenn Beck speaks more about you than me. Given the paucity of honest/factual books about Islam, I'm going to promote every single one of them.
