The US was so prejudiced against blacks during WWII it wouldn't allow black soldiers to fight the evil white Nazis.  And it was white Americans that kept blacks in slavery and under rigid Jim Crow laws yet the black guy is supposed to be all indignant that white Nazis killed white Jews who were classified as legitimate domestic enemies of Germany.  

Now if Diaz had been a black guy in WWII Nazi Germany the Nazis would most likely have shot him without a second thought.  But if he had been a black man in the South during WWII chances are he would have been lynched for "not knowing his place".  But since he's a black guy in New York some trigger happy cop will most likely shoot him and get away with it because he dares to walk down the city streets.

Factually incorrect. The 332nd Fighter Group and the 477th Bomber Group were black, as was the 743rd Tank Battalion and the 92nd Infantry Division.

It's true that the US Army, the USAAC/USAAF, and the Navy practiced institutional bigotry against minorities, but it is definitely not true that blacks weren't permitted to fight the NaZis. They did, with great distinction.
