Yeah, I use imgflip.com on a laptop
Search for the picture that you want, then click in the text boxes to write some stuff. Click generate meme, then "go to image page". Right click on the image and "save image url".
Then use [img]paste in the url[/img]

I mean seriously, half of you don't even know what a meme is, the other half don't know how to use them correctly...

I tried imgflip.com. I don't know who this is in the picture. I just picked one at random as a prototype, so please don't take it personally.
Problem is imgflip doesn't provide a link directly to the image. I had to right click on the image and copy the url from the properties. I will try the other sites you guys suggested and see which one works more seamlessly.
The god who allows children to be raped out of respect for the free will choice of the rapist, but punishes gay men for engaging in mutually consensual sex couldn't possibly be responsible for an intelligently designed universe.
I may defend your right to free speech, but i won't help you pass out flyers.

Tell me from where you got it and I'll be on my way.

He probably means you need to embed it in the [img] tags for it to work.
The memegenerator I use has them included.

When I use imgflip, it provides a ready made forum code for embedding the picture (it offers three different formats, one of them bbcode)
