It should be required as part of a background check to carry a gun. The next time some politician flaps his or her jaws about background checks someone need to nail him with it.

No, it is not at all unclear.  The guy is pinned beneath one cop while another holds a gun on him.  He doesn't even begin to move until the first cop starts beating the shit out of him

I guess the cops were pissed that they missed their donut break because of the chase?
