I think if trump gets it Canada should offer a bursary for Americans with degrees or trades who want to move.

1. No. He's too much of a misogynist and an asshole. He says too many controversial things that will never earn him a nomination.

I see hate crimes against other religions, but I have yet to see a specific hate crime against an athiest as of late. Interesting topic for debate though.

He very much resembles Ronald Reagan, albeit more corrupt and a lot more xenophobic.
It really surprises me how in other Western democracies, almost all their traditional conservative parties have liberalized socially in order to tap into the millennials and progressives who are fiscally conservative. Why can't the Republican party do the same?

I do have a bone to pick with your thread, which is where you say 'all other western democracies' have had their conservative parties socialize liberally. That's patently untrue. Unless your list of westernized democracies only counts the collection of tiny countries in western Europe as 'all other western democracies.' Before I can really give in to the rest of your premise, I need to know what you count as the rest of the civilized world?
