Sorry, but I could not listen to that babble. As long as I wasn't mentioned, I don't care what his "friend" has to say. However, I will say this:

I firmly believe that any slandering of any member here on that recording falls outside of this site and therefore should be taken into consideration when it comes time to remove his ban. If he is willing to go outside of these forums to cause harm (obviously, not physical) to anyone here, then that is a form of abuse and should not be tolerated. By anyone period.

It is one thing to express things here, as long as they are within the rules here. It is quite another to do it outside of this arena. And although we cannot prove he is in fact his "friend", it should also be considered that any such recordings of hate towards any of the members here by a third party not a member of these forums should be considered as harassment. He's already left a message for me personally in another thread. He tried to remove it before anyone was able get the link, but he failed.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it against the rules for a member who has been here less than 30 days to be able to post links in posts unless they directly relate to the topic being discussed? If so, then he has clearly broken that rule a few times too.

No you are not wrong, Judy. That was also taken into account with his ban-age. We take personal attacks very seriously and I myself reported that personal recording he made for you for admins to review. He has been banned in a consensus and whilst it may not be permanent--he will either come back and behave like a big boy, or be gone forever.

I couldn't quite make it to 15 seconds but I will note that he has a decent speaking voice. Too bad he uses it to express his total self absorption and lunacy. Probably interesting to someone; I'm just not that interested in abnormal psychology.

Oh yeah. I listened to it, it was the first post by him that I'd ever encountered (I'm a mod on medical leave). All the admins listened to it as well. We take our members' safety and comfort ability very seriously round these parts. Going through fifteen reports and seeing his posts particularly sickened me how he spoke to Losty! Good thing Losty has thick skin *spanks her with a flogger.
Mind you I didn't get the chance to check out the feminist thread. In any case I apologize you ladies had to endure him as long as you did! Kudos to you! Personally I hope he stays lost. If he returns though you best believe we will all be up his A.
