Are humans more insignificant to Atheists or Theists?

I often hear these Fascist Saudi funded apologists claiming that Atheists see humans as "just a lump of cells" or "just matter" or, as one idiot put it (Sabour Ahmed from the Extremely Local Dawah Movement), "just Carbon + time + Carbon +time" (even though the human body is mostly water). But you know how the religionists passionately HATE facts. These asame people whine that humans are nothing compared to Allah, and therefore insignificant. And they will use a lot of doublespeak while doing so. After all, very few apologists don't use doublespeak.
So it got me thinking. I view human life as valuable, and I do not like seeing people die. And it's not just the Muhammadans who have a reckless disregard for human life. I've been hearing stories about Christians in the States who have said things along the lines of: "we shouldn't do anything about global warming" because ether 1. Only Yaweh can control the climate" or 2. "It's part of the plan Yaweh has for humanity". These are, of course, the same people who don't condemn when people shoot up places where people can (legally) get an abortion.
Also, what's the point of living this life to the full if we have eternal life? Why would you bother trying to stop global warming if you think that when you die things will be so much better? Why would you try and prevent World War Three? A lot of presidential candidates don't seem to care if they start more wars and I think it's disgusting. But not supporting more war me a terrorist sympathizer according to David Cameron (who is a Christian).
I look at human culture and I see it as a display of how far humanity has come as a species. Not longer do humans just need to survive. Humans can now afford to do "useless things". I think humans are amazing.
Conclusion: I think that Atheists value life more than Theists because irreligious people don't have another life to look forward to or think that humans are insignificant.
P.S. The selfish Saudis are trying to sabotage the Paris climate talks.
