Demonstrably, yes. That doesn't rule it out, but yes, they are demonstrably better.

RE: WWIII
For it be a world war, much of the world has to be directly involved.

I am sure we will have many large wars. But I am not certain these large wars would necessarily truly become world wars.

On the scale of a true war by real great powers, the wars we have today are all trivial skirmishes.

Just think, during WWII, maybe >25% of the world's total productivity was directly dedicated to fighting. How much of the world's total productivity is spent on defense today? 3%?

These 18 so called wars happening today, how much of the world's total productivity are they absorbing? 0.1%?

Let's not become overawed by histrionics and lose all historic perspective here.

Essentially this. For a world war to happen we would need to have at least two world powers against each other.
Whoever fights monsters should see to it that in the process he does not become a monster. And if you gaze long enough into an abyss, the abyss will gaze back into you

Infact human life ingeneral will.

I don't think so(about the second part of your answer, not about when WWIII will happen)

As resources become more numerous they fall in value. Theres billions of human beings on this planet and life is cheap now.
What happens when its trillions stretched over a vast cosmos?

I'm not sure what you mean by this. What does the value of a human being have to do with resources and population?

It is amazing. France and Germany have fought each other for ages, centuries. There are people alive who were part of WWII. Now it's almost incomprehensible to imagine them fighting.

Invite a Frenchman and a German to dinner at a posh restaurant. Order an Italian wine. THEN you'll see some fighting.

Now, everyone wants to jump in like a hornets nest and no one wants to be on the ground, then Turkey shoots down a Russian plane, I was like SEE.  Get Iran to lob one in and China for some reason to get pissed and someone will make the first mid east sand glass.  All over the sucking the area's oil dry and religion.  The only way I see is for it to dry up before it gets crazier.  There is another way, but they will never accept it.  Oh, and one other, but there will be always someone to ship weapons in, I don't think they know how to manufacture such things.

Try and be a little more accessible in your writing.

I looked it up and still don't get what you mean.  I have more "people" and "locations" than anyone else so far.  What part did I lose you on?  Maybe the everyone want to jump in?  From the news I've read England and German want to do sorties, not sure but I think France is already flying over Syria, the USA, Turkey, & Russia...  That's 6 different countries wanting to bomb the same little country, I'm no military person, but common sense says when you get big angry guys together things will get dicey, as in someone is going to hit the fellow in the same alliance and they will turn on each other.  I'm surprised that ole Putin didn't do something crazy in the first day or so of having a plane shot down.  I mean the story didn't add up.  They said it came over their air space multiple times in 10 minutes, well anyone who knows anything about aircraft knows the envelope of a jet plane can't possibly circle around and round that fast.  And plus who cares if it came a bit into their airspace there are no painted lines on the ground and they weren't gonna do anything to Turkey anyhow.  Now in the news Putin wants to play nice with the USA about all of this, he probably realizes exactly what I'm saying and knows this is dangerous.  I don't see why they don't just take them out, I KNOW the world has satellites that can see these little black clothed combatants and especially in between cities, it is mostly blue skies there all the time.  The world doesn't even have to search the monitor they have software to watch all by itself.  Just like if someone leaves a suitcase unattended it gets red flagged without any security personnel making the find.

Look, man, the way you're expressing yourself right now, you might as well be speaking Chinese. That's all I meant.
