Hmm, I didn't know that's an actual condition but I have suicidal ideation as well. Sorry for jumping to conclusions, I just wasn't familiar with the term until I looked it up. Well, I kind of understood what it meant before doing that but I went too far with it and thought it to mean fantasizing about killing oneself, when it can be something that just randomly pops into your mind as well, which is more like what I have.
Yeah, routine is a key word for such places. What a drag. Can't you find any way to bring your own books to read? That sucks, man. RE: Ask a patient in a psychiatric facility

Could you vaguely say what your PTSD is about? I really hope I'm not fucking up your mood even bringing it up...
What do you do to not be bored? Can you ask to get some books or reading materials from outside?
