Hmm, I didn't know that's an actual condition but I have suicidal ideation as well. Sorry for jumping to conclusions, I just wasn't familiar with the term until I looked it up. Well, I kind of understood what it meant before doing that but I went too far with it and thought it to mean fantasizing about killing oneself, when it can be something that just randomly pops into your mind as well, which is more like what I have.

Yeah, routine is a key word for such places. What a drag.

Can't you find any way to bring your own books to read? That sucks, man.

What do you do to not be bored? Can you ask to get some books or reading materials from outside?

It started with childhood trauma and emotional neglect, ballooned with some later traumas. Basically a series of traumatic events rather than one big one.
