Feel the Bern!!!

RE: Feel the Bern!!!
People saying he's unrealistic are incredible.

I mean what do you want a presidential candidate to do? Be moderate, and start in the middle with what they think is realistic?

Obviously some of what he says won't happen. You can see this in the courtroom though, where one person is suing the other. Do they start with a realistic number? No they start high, and compromise.

Bernie represents hope. It's so insanely pessimistic to me to think that because he actually wants to do the most as a president, you think he deserves the least amount of votes, or at least not yours. Republicans will try to get him to compromise  regardless, even if he was in the middle, they are going to disagree no matter what. If he stays strong in his ideas, if he keeps fighting to make a big difference however, maybe he won't accomplish EVERY thing he promises, but that's no reason at all to not vote, as he will undoubtedly accomplish some if not most, or at least fight for what he promised.

Whether his plans are "Realistic" is irrelevant to whether or not they are possible. As long as they are possible, the only grounds in which you should be choosing to vote for him or not should be based on whether or not you agree with his policies.

I could say more but I am struggling to find the right words. I just think this is such a ridiculous and irrelevant argument. I'll leave you with this:

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us." - Marrianne Williamson.

People want change so bad, a candidate finally comes along that agrees, and advocates for all the changes they wanted, and they turn around and say "Ahh that'll never happen. It's unrealistic". Why did I post that quote? Because these people that won't vote for him because of this are not afraid of what will happen if he doesn't follow through on the change he's promised, their deepest fear is of what will happen if he does. Bernie represents hope, a light per-say, and for some people it is light, not darkness that most frightens them.

“He who who says he can and he who says he can’t are both usually right” - Confucius
Which is better:
To die with ignorance, or to live with intelligence?

Truth doesn't accommodate to personal opinions.
The choice is yours.

There is God and there is man, it's only a matter of who created whom

The more questions you ask, the more you realize that disagreement is inevitable, and communication of this disagreement, irrelevant.

Well, here's how I'd put it: he has some rather unfortunate views in these regards.

Harris's worldview seems to be that religion is a present, affirmative threat to personal and national security; this understanding of his often results in behavior and opinions remarkably reminiscent of post-9/11 Iraq war proponents. He believes torture is appropriate in a fair number of circumstances, and in a dialogue with Noam Chomsky (in which I don't believe either party argued particularly effectively) he essentially argued that military action by the U.S. against middle eastern civilians is justified by the U.S.'s broader intent. He's spoken positively of, although as far as I can tell has not advocated for, curtailing the entry of Muslims into the country while allowing Christians in.  His views on Muslims align almost perfectly with Cruz and Trump; whereas a great many atheists (myself included) believe that Islam is harmful, Harris espouses that muslims are harmful.

Additionally, he is very blunt and tone deaf regarding women, essentially suggesting that women shouldn't worry too much about their rights here and that feminism should instead focus its efforts on destroying religion (especially Islam).

Harris is a thinker who has a lot of really good things to say and a fair amount of not so good things. I agree with him on many things but find some of his views somewhere between silly and abhorrent. I find Harris, like Dawkins and PZ Myers, to be someone we can learn a ton from while recognizing that not all of his many opinions deserve respect.

And now I'll kindly ask you to link to everywhere he said those things. Otherwise, this is meaningless slander and misrepresentation, otherwise known as greenwalding.

How so? Show me some twitter posts of his that you take issue with and I might agree with you upon consideration. I seriously doubt it, though.

RE: Feel the Bern!!!
Fugg socialism and Commie Sanders, he ain't gonna be muh president under my watch. I say free market capitalism ftw! Why the fugg should I be payed the same amount of money if I did more work than Joe Blow down the street. It's literally an autistic idea and it's a civilization destroyer which turns the people into degenerates. Meanwhile the quality of living around them is going to shit because they don't have the incentive to work and to work hard in order to have in turn, a prosperous, fulfilling life.

That was, and forever will be the American dream. Free enterprise.

Also we shouldn't have welfare at all, literally giving poor people, especially blacks, makes them into counterproductive members of society and in my honest opinion they should all be purged or deported to another country if they don't want to make something out of themselves.

Big government just needs to disappear, we're spending all this money on stupid things that the government pays for, and it's increasing our debt. Do you really think that having "freebies" for everything is good? Well it's not free, because "freebies" come from taxes. And if you're taxed heavily, you can't live the comfortable, exciting life you want to live because the government sucks it out from you.

It's very simple to understand, yet you libcucks are so brainwashed and so screwed up, I don't feel safe in my own country anymore because of you all with your college indoctrinated, civilization destroying philosophies influenced by baby boomer hippy professors. It's just so easy to comprehend why socialism or even communism is bad, by just looking at the very definition of it even though that's a no-brainer to stay away from if you want to have a stable country, as learned from history and the USSR.

Yet you still vote for Commie Sanders.

And I'm voting for Trump because he knows and indeed, understands American citizens better than any other establishment or leftwing cuck. Like knowing about the danger we face with the Syrian "refugees" coming in, hah, more like insidious mudslime subterfuge at play.

I'm also voting for him because he's a good businessman. He increased his wealth to substantial heights by working hard, got to billions. Now I understand that he was given a gift of inheritance early in life but you can't be a billionaire even if you have inheritance without managing your money properly. Which is why I think no other man besides Donald Trump himself can make America Great Again, because he's a more able administrator than any of these politicians will ever be.  He probably has a very able chance to fix or atleast get our debt down significantly.

So God-Emperor Trump for 2 terms.

So I hope I taught you libcucks all a lesson because if I didn't then you're all lost and should be gassed with Zyklon B.

If I'm not mistaken, Aroura made use of an abusive ad hominem against Harris, and further attacks followed regarding contextually unrelated Dawkins, all this after I shared Harris' views on Bernie Sanders.

I was going to type something like "You're really accusing me of making all of this up Dodgy" but then I thought, "nah, I'd ask for sources too."

Ok, but it's gonna take a bit (as in, when I wake up tomorrow, not now at nigh-upon-3 in the morning).

Don't worry, my friend.  If this be the end, then so shall it be.
