Have you been paying attention to what has gone on at all for the last 8 years? These fuckers are elected from safe-districts and the only thing they worry about is being hit by a primary opponent from the right.
BTW,
https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/the-...slam-dunk/
Quote:Nine in 10 Americans support expanding background checks on gun purchases in a recent Washington Post-ABC News poll, an extraordinary level of agreement on a political issue and a finding that's been duplicated in nearly every major public poll.
Surveys show broad support spans gun owners and non-gun owners alike, Democrats and Republicans, and even among members of the National Rifle Association, whose leadership is leading efforts to spike the measure from pending legislation.
Where the fuck are they?
The republicans pushed against Obamacare like 60 times. the democrats should have been doing the same for background checks, and every other issue the people wanted. Except they just refuse to. That's why we need someone like Bernie to put their feet to the fire.

You do understand that since 2010 the republicunts have controlled the house of representatives, right?
Do you understand what that means?
Quote:The Speaker also determines which legislation is assigned to each committee and which legislation reaches the House floor for a vote.
The reason that 60 votes were taken to repeal Obamacare was because that tit-turd Boehner allowed it. They did precious little else.
Without a congressional mandate Sanders wouldn't be doing shit except getting older by the minute.

You don't start in the middle. You may start far left and work your way toward the middle, but you don't start in the middle. Hillary is starting in the middle. You act as if because she's in the middle that's the best compromise and will be the most realistic. That's not what a liberal does. A liberal fights for their positions regardless. That's what a cowardly democrat does. One who doesn't believe that anyone wanting to make real change can, so they settle for moderate's who they sort-of agree with. How cowardly is that, that you feel so bullied by republicans that you are forced to be at their mercy and abandon ideas of change that you agree with.

Yeah. Part of the reason politics has shifted to the right so much is because of people like Hillary and Obama starting in the middle, when moving right for a compromise. Instead of starting at the far left end, then perhaps compromising to a more center left position.

You know what liberals do? They lose. They lose for a lot of reasons but the single biggest thing that wrecked Obama was that they all patted themselves on the back after 2008 and didn't bother to get off their asses to vote in 2010. Hope and Change came to a screeching halt.
s much as I find conservatards to be despicalbe, jesus-spouting, money-grubbing, white-power, cocksuckers the sad fact is that we need a better class of progressives to knock them off their horses.
But just changing the guy on top is not going to do shit.
Unless it is that fuckhead Drumpf. Then consider what kind of supreme court nominees you'll see coming? They could fuck this country up for the next 30 years.

And Sanders has no chance.
So because Sanders has little chance to win he's not a grown up like Hillary? Huh?
If anything, I find Sanders to be far more mature, and with much higher integrity, than Hillary.
Also, I find it strange that you think so highly of her given her support for the Iraq invasion in the early 2000s. Shouldn't this be a like a big fucking deal for you given your opinions about that decision?
If you want to say she's better than the Republicans, I can understand. But saying she's the only grown up in the race (and that's if she herself should be considered as such) is rather bizarre coming from you.

You're acting and perpetuating the notion that Republicans are above Democrats, and we must reluctantly bow to their authority. Thinking like that is what prevents change, and what lead the greatest country in the world out of contender-ship for the title. We used to be for the people. People were informed, they felt a part of the country. Now people are hardly informed, in the era which they should be most. Whether it's NSA spying or Email Scandals like the one currently taking place with the candidate you're fighting for. People used to feel a part of the country, and now they feel subject to the people of power within it.
And it's because of people like Hillary Clinton, George Bush. Even Barrack Obama to an extent. The people that YOU all voted for out of fear for something that doesn't exist, corrupt politicians who confidently put on the facade of wanting to help, whilst pushing to keep things the same. You, among others fear change, gravitating toward those promising the least, inadvertently solidifying the next four years to be ones in which America continues to be less advanced than other countries, and because of those people, Campaigns no longer start with "We can do it", but "I can do it", which is a depressingly selfish statement and sad state of political affairs considering that the country was founded on the exact opposite and yet the people being voted for are the ones who promise to not fuck it up as much as the last president you voted for who made the exact same statement, under the same reason you're voting for this one. Fine. Let's just magnetically sift toward the center more and more so much so that the next president ends up changing nothing out of stubbornness to remain true to their campaign slogan, and let's pretend that politician is the one that's needed and not another pawn in a long con that's been going on for centuries of silently stripping away the power of the people's voice, no, clearly we need them so that the people actually fighting for real change don't screw up the country, let's vote for that same person another 5 times and pretend that they can fix a country they never set out to change in the first place, that the person actually trying to fix it is the one who would destroy it.
Welcome, to the age of what's politically convenient. I'm yours truly, the person who tried to tell you that a single politician fighting for change does not mean the change he's fighting for is unrealistic. And because of people like you, sir, the U.S is currently Rank 1 in Prisoners, Rank 2 in Ignorance, First in incarceration, First in amount high net worth individuals- people who own more than the bottom 99%, and First in death by Violence. All because of people like you who disavowed efforts to make real change, and instead decided to vote for the same person 10 times in a row only distinguished by difference of name, people who perpetuated unwavering non-action on everything not already politically-convenient to further extend our already atrocious rankings among other countries in a time where the age-old fallacious notion of living in the world's greatest country is still marketed wholeheartedly by people deluding others in to believing that's why it should remain the way it is.

I mean let's be honest here Hillary is the female version of trump hell she is already pandering to people and even her commercials for her running for president
don't even have any talking points about her campaign or things she would do as president. To go on even further she is a liar and that says a lot about
someone who is running for president ( http://www.politifact.com/personalities/...ing/false/). I have my reasons for not supporting
her the biggest one well arming the native people's in the middle east to fight for us and turn around trying to kill us I.E. isis. Hillary, Obama, and a general was
the main reasons for why ISIS exists because we created them. I say not to vote for her because she and Obama and others was not even all that bright
handling the war anyways. And for fuck sakes attacking the only other dictator in the middle east we should have learned our fucking lesson the first time...

Exactly, when the Bernie supporters switch over to Trump, we can finally take down the clinton crime machine, and everyone will be happy, yay!
But a trump presidency would finally mark out the US as a country for which all hope was lost. I am not being funny here. This would truly be the end of the nation as a world player. He is at best a joke candidate and at worst the means by which the world will end.

Do you seriously think no one has investigated that position?
http://www.rawstory.com/2016/04/trump-pr...-his-fans/
Quote:Sanders supporters were even less willing than Trump backers to consider crossing over. Just 8 percent of Sanders supporters said they would vote for Trump as their second choice, roughly the same as the portion of voters who listed Trump’s Republican rivals Ted Cruz and John Kasich as their second choice.
Sanders supporter Joseph Hayes, 37, of Oregon, still has hope for his candidate. But if it comes down to Trump or Clinton, Hayes said it was an easy, if unpleasant, choice.
“I would have to vote for Hillary. Reluctantly so, but I would,” he said.
