Just made another midlife crisis decision.
Bought a new pair of roller skates. Going to go break my neck now, skating with my daughter. Disclaimer: I am only responsible for what I say, not what you choose to understand.

Roller skating! Yeeeeeaaaah!!!
I wanna go back right now! Some bullshit about it being closed or something! And I've just had my dinner! Argh. Emma says we'll go again soon, it is a bit far for me to drive on my own. She'll bring the dog for a walk around Margate beach while I piss around going in circles  She likes skating outside, she thinks it's dumb going round and round and round and...It's something I can actually do that doesn't wear me out very much. Prefer ice skating.
We come to the skating rink on the Sundays that I have her. It makes me feel all nostalgic and whatever.

Nowadays people skate with their phones in hand. I can't see being able to do that without losing balance

I tried ice skating once. I have really flat feet and the hired skates hurt to wear!
So more roller skating I wish there was more rinks. I have trouble finding decent ones.

They're more comfortable and the blade is sharper, or so it appears to be, than regular ice skating skates. Most ice rinks should stock the hockey skates. As for regular skating, never really tried it much to be honest.
