Anyway I hope you have a wonderful permenant death. Cheers.
Matey, this is where your stupidity betrays you...
If there was a God, then no-one would have a permanent death.

It's definitely a case of you thinking that believing or wishing something to be real will actually make it so.
You are either a child or the village idiot with those types of reasoning skills.

I believe no one will have a permanent death. Now I know that its like believing in unicorns and dragons in rational peoples opinion from what people told me in this topic. But still its cooler then possibility of eternal dream without dreams(closest description of non existing).

That's nice. And what do you base that belief on? Have you witnessed any being coming back from the dead? Is there ANY testable evidence, suggesting any kind of afterlife?

Actually - no. Unicorns and dragons are infinitely more probable than god. After all - there are horses and big lizards and there used to be plenty more of them in the prehistoric past. But nothing like an immortal, omnipresent wizard, granting everlasting happiness has ever been observed in a verifiable manner.

"Cooler"? That's your argument? Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Batman are cooler than any god, so I suppose you believe in those too, huh? Tongue

RE: About atheism
I think I already mentioned that beliefs don't affect reality. I don't get an afterlife just because I believe I'll get one. I wish life was that simple.

I don't want one, as it happens. Nonexistence sounds like just the ticket after I've had my innings. But neither do my preferences affect reality. So I'll just stick to reality and what we can learn about it.

Does it smell bad when someone gets cremated? Or do they keep the smell of burning human flesh to a minimum somehow?

I would assume there would be a smell. But the people who do that for a living would obviously get used to it and stop noticing it after a while.
