A spokesperson for the local school district, Fernando Gallard, said Burney, a senior at Benjamin Franklin High School, encountered Maciocha on May 5 while trying to use a restroom. However, the school’s bathrooms are locked and can only be opened by a faculty member or school officer like Maciocha after a student gives them a pass. Burney did not have a pass with him at the time.

Sounds like they need a bathroom bill there....as in, allowing people to take a piss.  They also needs fucking cops who are less camera shy.... or cops who don't beat the shit out of the students.

Over a series of tweets, Taylor explained that her son had agreed to meet with an actual buyer — who later emailed to apologize and blamed the police — when he was cuffed while officers scanned his laptop to see if it was stolen.

After discovering he was the rightful owner, the undercover officers apologized  and uncuffed him, yet never showed ID to the young man during the the entire incident.

Really?  I guess there is no actual crime in Atlanta.

Some cities have created "safe places" where people can conduct such transactions.  Such a place might be an area in the parking lot at the police station that's under 24/7 video surveillance.  That's supposed to protect both the buyer and the seller from being crime victims.  

In all the tie I have been reading stories that involve Craigslist I have never read one positive story.
