It installed and I launched it. It asked me to log in or create a new account. I figured I needed to create a new account so I put in all my minecraft info and a window came up that said " Direct X is missing. You need to install Direct X. "

Btw... did you read the FTB latest news? They are switching everything over to the Curse launcher and after a few months, nothing from FTB will be available. Everything will be on Curse.
