Not really an either or argument, since I can do exactly the same - on my PC. I just have to hook up my wireless controller. Which is hooked up, actually. I just don't use it for every game.

I was thinking more the clumsiness of the OS user interface as well as far from universal support of controllers, unless that's changed since the last time I had a go of it.

This is true.  However, I think the kinds of games that would USE controllers usually have support for the X-Box controls which are USB devices.  Why not. . . AFAIK, it's built into the DirectX toolkit.

I never played skyrim. so my question here is, Who played Morrowind and was miserably disappointed with oblivion, for it's lack of quests, variety in objects, new armor setup, limited concepts and very basic repetitive plot..? Those people. How do you feel about skyrim? worth playing? I am still interested in elderscrolls 6 even though I don't plan on playing skyrim... wondering what the odds are 6 will be my special recall to tamriel

Never played Morrowind or Oblivion.

Skyrim has so many damned quests it's not funny.

I also have made a suit of legendary Dragon Bone armour.

Best armour in the game.

Playing Cluedo with my mum while I was at Uni:

"You did WHAT?  With WHO?  WHERE???"

I played Morrowind extensively. I also played Oblivion extensively. I get the criticism, but Oblivion is still a great game.

Boring, in my opinion. Probably not.
