The "Cultural Context" Excuse
RE: The "Cultural Context" Excuse

You should have -some- idea....you're the one proposing serpent hybridization.  If you can;t distinguish between one form or another how can you then maintain some hybridizing relationship or event?

Quote:They died because God said they would...

God said "let there be light" and there was, God said they would die that day, and they did.

Notice how even then they lived for 900+ years (To God 1 day = 1000 years)...
Right, so death isn't..as you previously said, something to do with hybridization.  The non hybrid humans also died.

Quote:No, all that stems from being mortal.

A mortal has to eat, which means he has to work...

A mortal feels pain...

got it?
-and again, we see that mortality has nothing to do with heritable traits conferred by dragon sex.

Quote:By making it possible to be reborn, or did I not already mention that?
Which is something that neither the purebred humans nor the hybrid humans could do...even after the death of christ, but will someday present itself as yet another miracle...correct?

Quote:There is a process... do you look at and apple seed and wonder why it's not producing apples? An apple seed will potentially be an apple tree, but it must go through the proper process, It must be buried, watered and in due time it will sprout and grow into an apple tree.
Except that you won't be growing into an apple tree, will you?  You'll be born, grow, and die a demi-dragon.  Obviosuly, this won;t prevent you from being a child of god...but if that's so, whats the significance to being a demi-dragon in the first place?

Quote:A person who come to God must also be buried (symbolized by baptism) and in due time will receive a new body.
A non human, non demi-dragon body, I suppose?

Quote:Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself. - Philippians 3:21
I;m sorry your body is so vile. Maybe you have more demi-dragon in you than I do.

Look, this has all been great, but are you going to get around to answering any of those questions I had about the serpent human hybridization?  Hell, it;s the first time you've been taken seriously in the entire thread and you dropped it like a hot coal.  I'm not concerned with what you believe will happen one day in the future, to be honest......I;m more interested in what you claim has already happened. The more you babble on about your prophecies and the wishes of the vile for new bodies the more I start to suspect that you didn't know wtf you were talking about..and are completely out of your depth.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. The "Cultural Context" Excuse

There you go with that word "intended" again.  Can you please address the glaring contradictions I've pointed out about this "intention" business for the third time now?  I'm sincerely interested to know how a Christian would explain this to a layperson -

Quote:Did god not know until the moment he decided to create the world how humans would turn out? Because if he didn't; if there was ever a "time" when God thought things would go a certain a way and they turned out differently than he originally intended, then there goes "omniscient" right out the window.

Oh, and with it goes "omnipotent" as well. If God had an ideal; a vision for humanity, but failed to execute his creation properly (considering what a fucking disappointment we are, according to him) then...he screwed up. He screwed up twice in fact, if you want to consider that 'flood' mulligan he afforded himself. So...Not perfect, and not all powerful.

...the existence of free will makes no difference. You can't on the one hand say God knew we would fuck it all up because 'omniscience', but then turn around and say we fell from God's grace because 'free will'.

Free will was always part of the grand plan, right? So, God basically rigged humans with a wild card (on purpose) and then blamed us when the wild card backfired on him. God is in every way like Victor Frankenstein. We never asked to be created. But the real kicker is that instead of owning up to the fact that he fucked up by creating a species of unintelligible, immoral miscreants, he decides to trick us into thinking that it's all our fault we can never be good enough. He sets up this contrived and thinly veiled "test" of righteousness that he knows full well Adam and Eve cannot not pass, and then uses the result to lay life-long blame, guilt, and shame onto all of humanity.

I about done with you also. It seems like you forgot that I told you long ago that I'd keep bringing this up whenever your superiority complex began to get the best of you.

Want to see an actual example of someone who doesn't know WTF they are talking about?

Wait...wait..you think that the only way a pattern can emerge is if the bees are ticking out numbers in their heads...doing reproductive math?  You don't think that it has anything to do with the manner in which bees produce, and the way we might be able to express that mathematically?

Bees, btw...all have 2 parents.  They reproduce sexually.........Facepalm

Wrong, males come from a unfertilized egg, meaning they have no father....
*emphasis mine*

Talk about being out of ones depth.

You want me to explain in a way that you can understand, how we are hybridized as a species, and how we are brought back into the original creation, yet you don't understand how bees reproduce, something that you could've just googled...

The moral of the story? you probably should avoid subjects that are clearly over your head.

That's your highschool touchdown pass, isn't it, lol.

Does it answer any of the questions I asked about the hybridization you proposed? What do you mean you're about done with me, you never started? Why not repeat that moment......and actually explain something, or correct me on some point of fact?

Pages and pages and pages of u ignoring that question. IDGAF if u even answer anymore fuck u and your games.

No dummy, you're the one playing the games...

You're the one that upon receiving an answer to your original question, tries to restructure the question into some sort of a "gotcha" (apparently your booty still hurts over me calling you out for not knowing what ellipses are, since you brought it up earlier in this thread), the problem is you're not clever enough; and since you clearly aren't willing to have a serious debate, I don't waste my time answering your nonsense.

For example...

You see, a smart person would have known that there are species of fish capable of living in both fresh and salt water, and wouldn't have focused on such a dumb question to begin with. I gave you plenty of opportunities to chill, but nope, you have to insist on being made to look a fool.

On the issue of abortion, I already had explained why that scripture had nothing to do with abortion, but then you come up with a hypothetical scenario. I'm not interested in answering hypothetical questions as it relates to the Bible, either it's in the Bible or it's not.

So until you can find anyplace in the Bible where an abortion was caused using the method you described, you'll just have to consider the case closed.

Lol Huggy that you think I don't know what ellipsis are. I'm a fucking math major. We use those all the time in construction of sets, sequences, and series. I was calling you out on something because of the way you used the symbol. Funny how you dig up ancient shit but you don't bring up what was said there. And as for the flood, fuck the fish, I'd love to see how plants survived a year under water motherfucker.
Jesus is like Pinocchio.  He's the bastard son of a carpenter. And a liar. And he wishes he was real.

Nice one.   Huh

Years actually, and that's always how our conversations end.  Huggys a broken record.  When he trots it out, it means he's exhausted with his own silly claims. I kind of enjoy seeing it, myself.
(I hope I haven't ruined that one for you Huggs, I know how important it is to you...hopefully, we can both continue to draw enjoyment from it in future)

LOL, that bee thing was from YEARS ago?! That's really funny. He must have a document on his computer or iPad with a running list of factual errors people have made over the years for easy reference when he's run out of steam.

Huggy, you're really something.

No that's my response to someone who's only interested in obfuscation, and not in a serious debate.

Also I haven't forgot about your question, I just prefer to deal with one person at a time or else we'll be all over the place.

He's got it bookmarked, for sure, lol. Who's debating,. Huggy....what debate? I accepted your snakeman hypothesis (I;m the only one that;s done so) and asked you to clarify the finer points......???

The answers to these questions would demonstrably prove both your reimagining of the text and the accuracy of the fucking bible. You should be elated to have the opportunity. Instead, you'd prefer to talk about -anything- else....and then bitch about obfuscation?
