Two off-duty Chicago cops who beat up a man and pulled a gun on him inside a taco joint will finally be fired — a decade after the caught-on-camera attack.
Officers Brian Murphy and Jason Orsa will again be fired for the 2006 beat down inside a Taco Burrito King, the Chicago Tribune reported. The pair was ousted five years after the attack on Obed "OJ" DeLeon, but a judge overturned their discharges in 2012 and put them back on duty.
Last month, an appeals court reversed their reinstatements — which means they’ll be fired again, unless they appeal to the state’s Supreme Court.

Deborah Frazier told CBS Miami that her brother had been arguing with her daughter.
“They had a little fight,” Frazier said. “My brother was a little upset. And I was a little scared. So I called the police, you know, hoping that they would talk to my brother and constrain him. I didn’t think that the altercation would cause death.”
She said the use of lethal force was excessive for the situation.

“I believe those three cops could have sat down, talked to him, used tasers, anything, to constrain him.”

Not having a dysfunctional police force would be a good first step, obviously. More politicians like Bernie, and fewer like Trump or Hillary.
