Get to know your staff [UPDATED]

Ok, so I will hopefully be interviewing Losty at some point this week, and then immediately afterwards she will be interviewing me!

So please post your questions you'd like me to ask her, and for her to ask me. I have some suggestions for question topics for myself:

1) The forums, anything you want to know about how it works internally, why I set it up, etc.
2) My experiences as a Brit living in the USA.
3) Anything about my job / education (professional computer hacking / computer security)
4) My Tourette Syndrome.

Just a few ideas!

For Tiberius (edit the wording as you see fit for clarity or whatever):

Does it sometimes surprise you to see this forum become as popular as it is now? Were you expecting this when you first set up the forum?

And while I'm at it, for Losty:
Based on your self-perception, list one strength and weakness of yours.
