Hey...where's the Piss Christ?
"Leave it to me to find a way to be,
Consider me a satellite forever orbiting, I knew the rules but the rules did not know me, guaranteed." - Eddie Vedder
I suspect in the Crapola Wing.
Piss Christ is pretty tame compared to what I've been seeing on Tumblr of late.
And there is 'casual porn' on Tumblr I feel is artistic despite the subject matter. Creative framing of the picture, lighting, how the subjects are posed, it can be artistic beyond the prurient quotient. I suppose I'd better not post an example . . . The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
That blue painting, in the More Crap section? It's upside down.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'
Minimalist, you would enjoy my series of photographs of people deferentially looking at abstract art at Moma NY.
The fool hath said in his heart, There is a God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.
Psalm 14, KJV revised edition
It should be facing the wall.
