Same here -- Johnson/Weld at the top of the ballot, generally Democrats for judgeships, Libertarians for sheriff and constable, one Green (Railroad Commissioner), and so on. Matching party outlook to the job in question.

I voted Clinton. Not because I like her, but because I despise Trump more. I considered choosing a third party, but I feel like that would be wasting my vote. The possible outcomes in this election are Trump and not Trump. And the only way I can do anything effective to push towards not Trump is voting for Hillary.

My state, Texas, was leaning 12 points to Trump as of yesterday morning. A Clinton vote may as well be no vote at all, and for me, voting Lib is my way of saying, "fuck y'all, you're losing me."

Any information on Sheriff Shithead's prospects -- poll numbers, etc.?
How that miserable pig-fucker manages to keep getting re-elected speaks volumes about his constituency. Are we finally going to be rid of his contemptible (pun intended) ass?
Nothing I would rely on. The problem with polls out here...and I suspect this is true for the presidential race as well, is that the pollsters have their lists of Likely Voters to contact but there has been such a surge in Hispanic registration that I don't know how they would figure them in to the equation. Frankly, I can't imagine any Hispanic voting for that prick.

My dad did.
He's 100% Hispanic (as am I though I've lived here for a larger % of my life than he has). He doesn't like Trump at all, but he favors Trump over Hillary.

I think polling indicates about 18% of Hispanics are voting Trump, 76% Clinton, and the rest undecided or 3rd party.
They are a rapidly growing population, so calling them rapists and threatening to deport them seems to have been a bad move.....who'd have thought it!

But Min and I are talking about a sheriff, not Trump.

I think he was speaking specifically about the ones who come in here illegally. Not about Hispanics in general.

Oh, my bad. Yeah I don't know who he voted for on that.
Does he live in or around Phoenix?
