Might be the reason why the US is currently #31 according to the World Health Organization.

Same with higher education. The best universities but who can afford them?
As far as general education goes, I think Finnland is in the lead.

I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. 'Murricans love slogans. Far too many will far for any piece of shit with a good slogan.
We'd rather have a slogan than a fact any day.

That include you too, Min? We've got so many americans on here that have things to say bout murica...who seem to forget that they -are- murica. Even their contrarian opinions and natures....deeply, deeply american.
We've got a whole forums worth of examples, here, why america is great...and I know we think "oh, these guys are the exception, the rest of america aint like them"...well, yeah it is, and the stats probably aren't entirely done skewing towards reality yet. What with our ability to operate fluidly in a fact free environment...also, in it's own right, pretty godamned impressive.
(there isn't anything I can't spin in favor of the red white and blue......and isn't this just another example of american greatness...lol?)
Even our best buddies like to snipe, as they suck the teat...but our toblerones are better than theirs......ffs, from the bottom to the top...they'd trade what they've got to be who we are, which is why they keep eating up our shit no matter how shitty it gets.

Economic size, yes.
Education and life expectancy, no. Not compared to the Western world.
Not when you compare it to countries that have longer life expectancy and better education.
But if you're comparing the USA to other countries it is better than average in terms of life expectancy and education.
Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.
Impersonation is treason.
