This is a place to comment on the Reps you give and receive, if you so like, as well as talk about them in theory(how do you give them, for what reasons, how high are your standards, what do they mean to you and so on).
Yes, you guessed it, the stupid author expects you to make fun of his very low rep count  Any takers? 
Why? Far as I am concerned I got reps from most people I respect hereabouts. That's all I ultimately care about. Mutual respect. Not rep whoring.

It's a good opportunity to say something nice about someone.
