I try to give people nice Reputation comments. Sometimes I forget to though.

I never think about rep. In fact I rarely notice when somebody gives me one. No offense to the kind people who have! I just don't see it as a very big deal. There are plenty of members that I would rep if I ever thought of it.

I had rep race with someone once. Left him in my dust. Lol. Back then I had like 30 reps. The two of us found funny ways to get people rep us. Anything from begging for pity to being ridiculously nice to new people to trading rep for rep. In the end I won because he stopped posting much. Me with my crap memory I can't remember who is was now haha
I pretty much never remove a rep unless to write a new one which I've been too lazy to do lately.
I've never removed one. Maybe someday.
