Overall I'm pretty happy with how my Titans and Giants picks turned out. 
There are currently 5 people in guaranteed 1st place this week: Tiberius, Brian37, Crossless1, c172, and Tazzycorn.
If the Ravens win, Cato will join us as the 6th.

There seem to be three groups of people in the overall rankings.
Top group have between 136 and 130 wins (Wisdom of the Crowd, Rubber Ducky (Brian's Mom), Tiberius, Crossless1, Tazzycorn)
Middle group have 127 wins (Brian37, Nymphadora)
Bottom group have 122 wins and less (Jörmungandr, c172, Faith No More, Cato, The Gentleman Bastard, TheRealJoeFish)

The gap between 1st and 13th place is 19 wins. There are 48 games still to be played.
It is theoretically possible for someone to make the climb to the top, though it would rely on a lot of people picking badly.
