Now, how the Russkis got so savvy with American elections to be able to do this, despite Hillary's decades long experience with her own and Bill's campaigns such that she wasn't able to have Podesta run a $1.2 billion campaign efficiently enough to secure those paultry areas where the Russkis focused their attack.
