VickyQ is taking too long to accept the formal invitation from the moderators to have a structured debate. Frankly, I don't care what the debate structure is and/or the timescales involved; I am ready to go! I already have my opening statement prepared, and so, if someone else wants to jump in (including, you, Vicky, if you are truly ready!), then, please, by all means do so!
