We aren't going to issue warnings off the bat. We will first have a private word with a member and explain why we removed part of their signature. If they decide to put it back, or decide to violate the rule with some other quote, then we'll start issuing warnings.
We aren't going to discuss individual signatures in this thread either. If you have a question about your signature, or about any of the rules, feel free to make a thread in the "Questions for Staff" forum where only staff and yourself can see your thread: http://atheistforums.org/forum-80.html

I'm fine with keeping it as it is, mine aren't there to make people look stupid. They're viewpoints that I don't agree with but as far as I know nobody has changed their mind about what they said.

Agreed. What I gave was just my opinion, and should not be taken as a policy statement.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

There was a new member a few months ago who put my avatar pic in his signature with worms coming out of my head. I thought it was pretty hilarious to be honest lol. Too bad he is no longer around.

And Marilyn Monroe can fuck off if she reports me for quoting her out of context. Not only is she a melodramatic drama queen "Oh look at me, there's a fan underneath my skirt and it's blowing it upwards. You can sort of almost see my panties. Oopsie." but she probably also never even said that.
