If you're just starting back to running or doing it for the first time, running every day can be tough. Are you stretching enough?

Of course, it's just that I always have this problem when I get back into jogging.

You look like you're doing well, though. Good work, keep it up!
Maybe ''reporting'' back to the thread will keep you motivated.
Perhaps...
Yesterday I ran a lap around the nearby lake "Munksjön". 6 km only, but pretty good pace - 4:27/km on average.
I could've kept running since I felt fresh, physically at least, but my mind just wasn't in it.

Long run today - 16 km. Forgot to bring a water bottle, so I felt a little dehydrated at the end, but otherwise it was a pretty good run.

6 mile run today for me, with sprints at the end. Then, push ups, planks, burpees and ab crunches. 4 sets of 25 each.

I miss my six mile runs.
That's why I need to get back into shape.

You'll do it, just be patient and keep doing a little more every week.

Some of my most meditative experiences have came from running outdoors. Especially at night. Many times it doesn't even feel like your running. More like your just gliding. It feels so smooth and effortless.

60 minutes long intervals today. Alternating between 10 minutes on 80-85 % of max pace, then 10 minutes slower pace. 13 km total.
