Running
RE: Running
Could never do long distance running. I am one hell of a sprinter though, which is lucky, i've had to use it to get away from assholes at high school enough times. (Hilariously, most of the time they tripped over because they were trying to catch up and couldn't handle it. Tongue )

I only run if I'm late for the bus. And I hate it anyway >_>

5 miles today, ran with my fiance. Then, core work and other stuff after. It was a tough workout, but nice to have a partner who is right there with you. He's a beast and a tough task master Blush

I went just last night, in fact, and plan to go again tonight.

At our little gym, at least. It's too cold and dark outside.

Once upon a time, a few years ago, I would run 4 miles a day.  This lasted for . . . oh, about a decade.  I hated every step, and I still have no idea what these "endorphins" are that people talk about.

I think it might be an individual thing that some people are more susceptible to getting than others, like how some people have a really strong reaction to caffeine and others can drink a red bull and go straight to bed.

I've never gotten a "runner's high" that I'm aware of.

Ran about 5 miles tonight, it went really great, and tonight...I needed to run more for my mind, than for my body. Blush One of those Mondays.

Why, I think it's time for you to give it a try again. :Big Grin
In truth, I believe everyone should find something they love to do...then, they'll stick with it because they'll enjoy it.
