Thank you. I'm seeing small changes more and more each day as well. I don't use near as much salt on my food as I used to. That's one change for the better that I like a lot.

Congrats on not smoking. I would've guessed e-vapes, maybe because weed isn't legal here.

I've tried vapes in the past. Even on their lightest setting, it was too much for me. This time I quit cold turkey.
