Tiz, how does you jumping in after Thump said he was done and I said I hoped he was sincere and his gf would follow suit help anything? If anything, you dragged this out for several pages more after it was about to be (hopefully) dropped for good. Moreover, I find it hard to believe you can’t find a. Evidence that Thump “started” this shit and b. Incidents where he commented on my marriage.

For the record, we don’t have to play good cop, bad cop. Not only am I not in any position of authority, I’m IRL quite a lot more abrasive than Tibs. That you stupid assholes even have to stretch to define his meanness as that one time he called the raging cuntosaurus rex a dipshit after she said people who call themselves egalitarian dipshits is proof positive you whiny little shits just want a reason to be mad at him because either A. you dislike him by association to me or B. You mistakenly see him as some incarnation of “the man” and can’t help but rail against the “system” at any given chance. Boofuckinghoo. It’s always the same turd burglars in these things (myself included, I suppose). Circle jerks for everyone. Merry Christmas, assholes. 

The part i was Kudosing was not him calling you a bitch.(thou i freely admit to not liking your comment in general  which also factored into the kudos  ) But i did agree with him that the IRL was unnecessary. But in the name of consistency  . I formally condemn Thumps calling you a bitch if that was indeed the beginning of the chain .

I'm reopening the thread now (speedbump). Let this be a reminder to:

1. Avoid freely throwing invective around without serious backing.
a. Avoid over use of said invectives
2. Look for the facts.
a. Just because someone has a lousy interpretation doesn't mean you can throw away everything
3. Learn from what the other is getting at, if not outright saying
4. Consider the opportunity to reset your relationships and/or bury the hatchet.

You can see Thump clearly start in on me in this thread. You don’t see it because you just felt like playing benevolent parent to me. Thanks anyway, but I’m quite happy with myself. Whether you or Trumpalump like it doesn’t concern me, Tizzy.

Yeah the whole playing benevolent parent thing is really annoying and condescending and is exactly why I don't think we're being treated like children simply because we're acting like children. We still get treated that way regards of how we behave because we get lumped in due to the whole benevolent (read fake fairness) parent thing.

And, as a friend once told me years back saying something akin to "I'll stop treating you like a child when you stop acting like one" is ironically a rather childish attitude in itself.
