Yes, you can.  Just don't try to change too many variables simultaneously -- that way lies madness.  Let a habit get "sticky" before tackling a new one.

That's been approach so for, and I've found success whenever I had the will do just do it.

I've been the same weight for two weeks. I'm starting to think my baseline is much lower than I thought.

I've been the same weight for a while, too, not losing anything past the 150 mark, but I think that has more to do with my current inability to workout, jog. Once I get into the apartment next week, I'll be able to start jogging again and hopefully lose some more weight or at least tone my body at its current weight.

I think inactivity might be my problem too. I'm getting some exercise, but not nearly enough to combat my completely sedentary job.

Last I weighed myself (Sunday) I was back up to 209 pounds. So I did lose (most of) the huge weight loss two weeks ago because I was sick. I'm sick now but getting better. I can't wait to be able to work out again. it would be nice if I were in good enough condition to work out by the time my stationary cycle comes in the mail in just over a day from now.

I changed my meds from Zyprexa and Trazadone at night to Seroquel. I think the Trazadone contributed to my frequent sinus infections as headache and nasal congestion are known side effects. I haven't had to lay down and rest during the day today so I must be getting better.

I hope the med change helps with weight loss but I have no idea except Seroquel never made me gain weight before and Zyprexa at higher doses did.

Crap, can I clone your metabolism genes and inject myself with it? For all I know you train and eat really really well though.

I hated Trazadone. Don't blame you. Hope you feel better soon.

I'm fucking starving. I haven't gone over budget but I just can't seem to satisfy my hunger.

I have barely enough in my budget for a decent sized snack. I hope it's enough.

I hope you were able to hold out, Cathooloo. When I feel like that, I try to eat something filling like protein or oatmeal. It doesn't always work.

Weighed in at just over 225 pounds this morning. Slow but steady progress (and a few more vegetables and a bit less bread in my diet).
