I agree with stricter gun laws. It just makes sense.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

That "March for life" apparently is held in Romania too. I liked Romania more when it sticked just to fighting corruption.

What the fuck have you done to solve them? Then shut up.
I'll have you know I've personally accomplished as much as the marches on almost all these issues.

Generalizations are fun. Look, you even got a kudos for it.

Here's a shock for you - it isn't an anti-gun march. It's a We Want People To Stop Shooting Up Schools And We Would Appreciate It Greatly If Our Elected Representatives Would Do Something - Anything - Towards That End march.

You know what I think the solution was? Stop going to school. You walkout a day, the powers that be just have to wait a day. You have a march on saturday, you just have to wait until sunday and it's over. But you have a few million kids refuse to go to school until their demands are met on gun control, they'd have to do something. As a group, students have a huge amount of leverage. The school infrastructure can't deal with a million kids not going to school for weeks or months.

I am so proud right now watching this. The organizers DID go out of their way to be inclusive and are making it about ALL firearm violence. RIGHT NOW they have a teen from Chicago who lost his brother to fire arm violence. He was speaking of not just streets, but movie theaters and churches.
I am crying right now because I think it will get better now. The youth of America will not be held back!

This black guy speaking now talking about a robber shooting his brother in the head and killing him, is choking up trying to get through his speech. How anyone can listen to him and ignore his plea has to be void of any empathy.
