It's meant for a Guide from God to implement and interpret correctly.

May God relieve the world of oppression, such that there be no slaves, both of economical type and the literal type, and restore balance to this world through his Guardian King.

Allah already told people to take and screw slaves. Does his "guardian king" disagree with the quran on this matter, or him? Does magic book agree with allah on this matter, or you?
